Mediclaim The Mediclaim policy provides the reimbursement of hospitalization or domiciliary hospitalization expenses for diseases, illness, or accidental injuries during the policy period. The Mediclaim protection is available for illness contracted anywhere in the world provided that the treatment is availed of in India.
The policy is issued on family floater basis (wherein family comprises of employee, his/her spouse, two children and parents). The maximum amount recoverable during the policy period is as per sum insured, i.e. the total sum insured can be floated for the insured employee and his /her family members. We have instituted this floater policy as we would like our employee and his/her family to be financially secure from the threat of all unwarranted medical expenses.
Term Life Insurance The uncertainties of life cause constant worry to all of us about the financial security of our loved ones left behind in the unfortunate event of loss of one’s life. Term Life Insurance is a non-contributory scheme wholly sponsored by the company that is tailored to take care of the financial needs of the family on the death of the bread earner. Through this policy we ensure that our employee and his/her family are completely taken care of at all times.
Education Reimbursement Keeping in line with our value of Knowledge and its commitment to the core competency – Continuous Learning, employees are encouraged to pursue professional certification or higher academic qualifications. Fulltime employees with at least three year of service in the organization can join any professional accredited institute /college / University to pursue higher studies. ISE will reimburse fees subject to a maximum of 1 lakh per employee. Employees can avail of interest free loan for purchasing laptops.
Guest House & Travel Facility We provide shared guest house facility to out station employees to ensure their safety & security in a city unkown to them. Employees can avail this facility by paying nominal fees. We reimburse an employee all the reasonable expenses that they incur while they are away from their place of work on company’s work.
Work Life Balance We encourage our employees to value their work and their relations as well. Employees are encouraged to take short breaks from work, for which they are allowed Privilege Leave & Leave Travel Allowance for domestic travel, so that they can rejuvenate their body, mind and soul.
Long Service Awards It is our endeavor to provide long term opportunity to our employees. In order to felicitate all those permanent employees who have been with the organization for a long period of time ISE / ISS shall give 5 gram gold coin memento as a token of our appreciation for every completed 5 years of service.
