Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Navin Agarwal has ceased to be Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Limited with effect from close of business hours on April 25, 2024. Mr. Prateek Agrawal has been appointed as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Limited with effect from April 26, 2024. Also, all the references of MD and CEO wherever mentioned in Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) shall stand modified and name of Mr. Prateek Agrawal will be substituted in place of Mr. Navin Agarwal.
