| Initial public offer of 5,283,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the "equity shares") of Methodhub Software Limited ("the company" or "the issuer") at an offer price of Rs.194/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs.184/- per equity share) for cash, aggregating to Rs.102.49 crores comprising of a fresh issue of 4,510,200 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs.87.50 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of to 772,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each by K. Chandrasekaran (the "selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs.14.99 crores ("offer for sale") ("offer"), the offer includes a reservation of 265,200 equity shares* of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs.194 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs.5.15 crores for subscription by the market makers to the offer (the "market maker reservation portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of 5,017,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs.194/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs.97.35 crores is herein after referred to as the "net offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 28.02 % and 26.61% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10/- each and the offer price is 19.4 times the face value of the equity shares. |
