Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Goel Construction Company Limited (the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at an offer price of Rs. 263 per equity share (including a share premium of
Rs. 253 per equity share) ("Offer Price"), aggregating up to
Rs. 100.15 crores ("the Offer") comprising a fresh issue 30,84,400 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 81.12 crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale 7,23,600 equity shares (the "Offered Shares") by Purushottam Dass Goel, Arun Kumar Goel, Naresh Kumar Goel, Nirmala Goel, Anuj Goel, Amit Goel, Ashwani Goel, Prem Goel, Vijay Kumar Goel, Gargi Goel and Kusum Goel ("the Selling Shareholders") aggregating up to [*] aggregating up to Rs.
