| Initial public offering up to 63,15,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of JD Cables Limited ("JCL" or the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] crores by the company ("Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of up to 7,61,600 equity shares by Piyush Goradia ("the Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs.
