| Initial public offer of upto 62,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Moving Media Entertainment Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 70 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 60 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 43.40 crores ("the Issue").
